Red Light Roastery is a local small-batch coffee roaster in Hot Springs. The care they put into their work shows in the final product. The first time we tasted this coffee, we knew there was no other coffee for our shop.

And in case you are wondering what is up with the yellow giraffe, its because I didn't know how to pronounce Yirgacheffe when I first tasted it. So I named it yellow giraffe. The name stuck. :)
